A beautiful and welcoming shared space, where the kids felt happy, calm, yet engaged. They came away refreshed, but with new knowledge, skills and some tools to think about their feelings and emotions and how they can manage them. Highly recommend! :)

Would highly recommend!Thank you to Salli and Jacqueline for bringing such a wonderful event/class to Jarrahdale.Mac seemed to really enjoy himself and he relayed so much information from what he told from the session.Am looking forward to the parents evening. I enjoyed listening to the stories as much as my daughter. Come on in come on in. I like to sit on the floor. Since completing the mindsfit kids course I have seen a huge improvement in my daughters confidence and i am amazed by her ability to express her emotions verbally.
