Terrible service attitude！ ！ ！

I had an unpleasant encounter with potentially one of their employees driving their company car. Personanell was extremely rude with an extremely malicious demeanor. I would not want to recommend this business with how their employees conduct themselves.

The worst repairer to ever have dealings with. They are very dodgy, claiming they have done repairs on your vehicle only to take it back and the vehicle has the same fault and they never hold accountability for it nor cover it on warranty???! They lie, they never answer calls, they are a huge rip off and the worst to have dealings with. Would never recommend. Heaps of way more honest and professional repairers out there.

DISHONEST REPAIRER, AVOID COMPLETELY!I have taken my MB GLA250 4matic for the headlight issue, and the whole passenger side headlight assembly was authorised to be replaced by a used one by AWN. On the day of collection (20/04/2020) I have found the inside the headlamp there is thick condensation. The “manager” told me that they would replace the whole headlight assembly as the unit is faulty. Today (22/04/2020) I have got a call the car is ready for pickup. On arrival to the garage I have found the car was parked outside, and checked the headlight assembly was not replaced comparing with previous image as there was a minor scratch to identify. I didn’t complain about small scratch as it is used, but that doesn’t mean it would be inferior quality. It might turn into safety hazard if condensation builds up under rain and cold morning. The other headlight (driver’s side) doesn’t have any symptoms. I put out the review here as the police can chase this company and blacklist them.When I went in I asked him if he has replaced the headlight, he replied YES! Then I charged him that it is not and then he said - it’s fixed! They kept the car outside under sun to FIX it and told lie that the headlight was replaced. Real DISHONEST GUY and company.This kind of company shouldn’t have a licence and no one should go there. I strongly DISLIKE this dishonest person and company. Please see attached pictures. I also encourage GOVT agency to probe this kind of dishonest company!!

I had my car booked in to get a new transmission put in. They got the job done earlier then they thought they would and the price for their work was definitely reasonable. I would recommend them.

bought 2 front new tyres from ASV Villawood on Nov 2022, i also did my wheel alignment from Tempe Tyre after new tyres installed. i just run less than a half year, the front right tyre already dead. i went back the shop to ask why the tyre is end of life just less than half year. they just said it is the road hazard problem not the manufacturer problem. the shop is terrible and rubbish, don't want to provide any service after sales. how do i drive my car and cause the tyre like this if not your tyre quality problem. this kind of business is worthless and not trustable. will go to fair trading for the issue.
