Absolutely appalling.Would NOT recommend.My nan lived here for nearly 12 months.I would visit and she would need to go to the toilet (she needed help from staff) we would press the button and be waiting as long as 20 minutes for a staff to help her. the staff where no where to be seen and would nearly take me 10 minutes just to find one nurse to talk to.September 2021 my nan passed away, Estia Health glen waverley kept this from us and we don’t find out until I call up , to be told she had passed away 3 weeks earlier.Absolutely and utterly disgraceful.
