Dr Karaczun isolated me due to having flu like symptoms at my appointment, then completed tests I required. After 24 hours I was contacted by the Gp to confirm the results (Flu).As a new patient I was able to get an appointment that day and was extremely happy with the professional service provided.

Such a great GP practice. Reception staff, nurses, doctors.. all need to be commended on their great care for patients. They are efficient and knowledgeable. They always ensure any follow ups occur as well as ensure referrals actually make it to where they need to. Have had dealings with Dr Mark and Dr Jim both of which never rush you are are able to offer well balanced, holistic advice. The nurses are great at vaccinations also!!! Thank you team!

We're relatively new to the area and looking for a new local GP Clinic. The front staff were helpful and pleasant and had an appointment with Dr Sheehy. He had to be one of the rudest Dr's I have ever seen. My step-son was quite ill (and getting worse) after 6 days with Influenza and before even examining him, he asked us 4 times why we were even there because all of these symptoms are from the flu". He was very patronising

I’m new to the area so I changed doctors and I’m happy I chose this one. Dr Mark and the team have gone out of their way to make sure have been looked after, very officiant and quick back with results and good recommendations for ultrasounds etc.It’s also handy that the medical centre and pharmacy is in the same complex, so you don’t have to drive around everywhere.I feel welcome when I arrive at reception there’s a friendly atmosphere, and don’t feel rushed during the consultation .Thank you to everyone at Medical Matters, I’m happy I’ve found a great doctors so close by.Emma

All staff from reception through to nurses and docs are very friendly and helpful ,it dosent feel like just another medical practice. I've seen both Doctor Jim and Doctor Caroline Struthers who is my primary doctor and they r both extremely knowledgeable, helpful and don't just shove u out the Dr with pills like so many do these days ,they listen to u and do everything they can to help you. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the advice and care provided by Dr Jim Rowan-Parry on my recent skin growth removal. The wound is healing really well and I'm so happy to have been given the recommendation of the skin gel. Dr Jim has been patient and kind with my constant worrying over this procedure. Thank you!
