I have bought numerous shoes from this shop. Great variety on offer and the quality is fantastic. Lovely staff who are always happy to help. It's great to have this sweet little boutique in Tamworth and now that they have a website it's even more accessible!! Definitely will be back!!! :-)

Such a friendly place to shop! Today i was in desperate need of specific shoes to match an outfit i had but accidently left my shoes behind. These girls worked tirelessly bringing me all types and sizes and give me HONEST opinions on what suited! I walked out with the PERFECT shoes and super happy with my experience! Thank you Heeled!

Some of the worst customer service, if you could call it that, that i have ever received. All three times i have been to this shop, the two women were ignorant and down right rude. They create an atmosphere of tension and awkwardness and each time i have been made to feel as though i am a nuisance. Initially i was shocked to read the other good reviews on here, but in keeping with these ladies attitudes, i believe they would pick and choose who they grace with their niceties. Just remember ladies, you own a small shoe shop in a rural town... you aren't as amazing as you might think you are.
