Anytime Cairns Electrical

ACE left me feeling cheated and tricked with the bill. I initially had a good review as I was happy with their services. However, the transparency about the bill is shocking. I was proposed to have my work done by an apprentice for 65$/h 'to save cost of having a fully qualified tradesman of $95/h to complete the work'. They failed to mention that the apprentice costs (now suddenly 75$/h) were ADDITIONAL to the $95/h. So instead I ended up paying $160/h. Additionally I got charged the time for them to 'pick up the AC cleaning equipment from the workshop before going to the wholesaler to pick up the parts for your job'.So for a job that took approx 2.5h (cleaning of 4 ACs which were 'hardly dirty' as claimed by the electricians) + replacing 4 lights I got charged approx $700. Note that this is no fault of the apprentice and electrician onsite, as they conducted themselves profesionally and I was advised they don't do the paperwork.When informing ACE that I was utterly disappointed with this surprise, they adjusted the 75$/h to 65$/h for the apprentice.I will not be returning to ACE and recommend future customers to look elsewhere to avoid surprises such as these.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Daniel of Anytime Cairns Electrical. He generously shared his ideas and knowledge about kitchen renovations with me, which has given me confidence that I can complete my project. Great fella! Would highly recommend.

Bob did a great job identifying our HWS problem and fixed it in no time. We were lucky that they made the effort to fit us in between jobs and were on time. I can highly recommend their services to anyone! Some contractors were going to replace the whole HWS at over $2K, whereas Bob did the job for about $175, only having to replace the broken thermostat.

Called Bob in an emergency" on a Saturday morning as our electric hot water system wasn't working. He was friendly and professional. Arrived promptly and kept me updated as he worked through the process of contacting Ergon. He did all the liaising and the system is now fixed! :) very happy. Thank you"

I think Bob saved me from having a house fire today!! Over the phone, with simple instructions AT NO COST he helped me locate the culprit of my issue

I had 5 roller shutters to wire up, contacted Anytime Electrical Cairns and it was the most pleasant experience. Agreed on time and the 2 electrician showed up on time. Done an excellent job to run new wires Jbox, breaker etc. I can highly recommend Anytime Cairns Electrical for all your electrical needs. Prompt, clean, fast service. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for i guess. Definitely use them in the future.
