I have been seeing Helen for close to a decade and would recommend her therapy to anyone. While I can’t quite describe what Helen does, I can say that it eliminates pain, stiffness and soreness, helping me to go about my daily tasks and manage my chronic illness. Visits can be up to 18 months apart, yet I still feel the benefits from her practice in between (although I admit that the regular check ups make the world of difference). Helen is also kind, compassionate, caring and absolute joy to be around. If you are looking for non-invasive, effective and holistic care, you will not be disappointed from your visit here. Helen has changed my ability to live life to the fullest potential physically with Emmett technique therapy. I went to her with problems: hip misalignment, uneven shoulders, slightly twisted lumber to thoracic, neck mobility was poor, jaw misalignment and most of all pain in a facet joint from arthritis which is caused by the L5 vertebrae being a complete bone laterally to the left side of my pelvis which in turn reduces flexibility and so on.Thus far, Walker wellness is the only treatment to stop the pain and increase my mobility!

The place to go for gentle and effective treatment for pain and discomfort. Helen is a marvel with a magic touch, determination and a constant thirst for more knowledge in how to holistically treat and heal the body. Helen is my go to person for acute pain or just gentle body maintenance and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a warm, caring, funny, generous and interested practitioner of various therapies as well as a gifted teacher and trainer of the amazing Emmett Technique and Reiki. Helen is always learning and developing her abilities to incorporate into her clinic practices.
