I was thankful ACD responded so quickly to my request when I thought my computer had been hacked. Alan? was very efficient and took the time to check my pc and ensure it was all clean. I asked him if he would also check my email accounts as I was having some problems there, and he sorted them out for me and also made sure my back up drive was working ok. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use ACD again in the future.

Great service, Alan quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer due to a power surge.The issue was rectified quickly with a reasonably priced re-conditioned unit.Alan also gave helpful advice on how to possibly make a claim with the power supplier that caused the problem.Thanks.
