Useless waste of money, disorganised, no idea what is happening, the lawyers/ reps are always angry frustrated and in a rush. If you have an issue at work and want representation or advice just pay for a lawyer up front because these guys will straight up take your money and ignore you for three months. It’s an old scam.

It has been several months since I joined TSU because my employer kept ignoring my emails and didn't know TSU also ignored me, not knowing what was going on. They are kind of not interested in giving a response. I used to be a member in NSW. They were quick and right to the point. They respect everyone, no matter what their background. I still don't know how TSU works. After three months, they don't want to help, or they give you more support. I still respect and support the union's vision, but I'm very disappointed in getting a lack of support and keeping ignorance from TSU.

A little bit disappointed guys........I have emailed TSU twice last week and still no reply. Not feeling any support despite your visit to my workplace with spruiking of support. Not happy.

Not very much support..At the beginning the industrial officer spoke with me a few times to give advice, but when I called back a week later to speak with her, she was unavailable and 3 times I called and left messages but she never returned my calls...Not good enough when you need support and you are paying fees and the support is simply not there..
