shockingly poor service,ordered online and phone 2 times with no help or care over the phone. very unprofessional.was even emailed saying item has arrived,went out of our way to pic up,NO item had arrived and no one seemed to know anything.

Great friendly service from the team at Mitre 10. I only needed a small piece of ply but it was too big for my car, so they organised delivery same day, and with a smile. Highly recommended

I was greeted outside the store by a lovely happy older gentlemen on Friday. He was super helpful and full of product knowledge. As a young woman walking into a male dominated trade outlet I am used to be patronised but he didn’t nothing of the sort. Excellent excellent customer service!

Went over early to get some wood , for repairs of steps. I was helped with friendly service and they went one step further and chopped the wood to the correct length as well, making my job easier. Thanks again, job well done, and my steps are fixed! See you again!
