These guys were great, picked up a Defender from Sydney and had a few dramas on the way back to the Sunny Coast. I called and they said to come straight in, they sorted out the simple issue straight away and I was able to keep heading home. It’s great to deal with fantastic people you are specialists in their field, thanks again!!

I’m sorry Ant, but you’ve lost all respect from me and my business too.Had a great experience the first time I came here and I’ll leave the review up to back that. Since then you’ve left my tail shaft bolts loose (some came out whilst driving) and in fairness, you came out to me and fixed them. I was happy with that, stuff happens. I supplied a set of tie rod ends for you to fit for me, which were greasable. I came home to find them dry of grease with the grease fittings not even finger tight, and the clamps loose. And even after this, I still gave you the benefit of the doubt and came back, since your business has been very graceful. But last time, you damaged my vehicle’s centre console to which your receptionist apologised for, accepted fault, and told me you’d fix it. After an entire MONTH of chasing you, being told you would still fix it and that you were working on finding a replacement, you suddenly changed your tune and told me it was already damaged, telling me “Maybe we aren’t the mechanic for you.” when I explained previous problems that I’d let slide.Perhaps because I’m 21 you feel tough taking advantage of me and that it’s easier to lose 1 customer than it is to take the effort to fix what you damaged. But the reality is, it ended up costing $20 to replace the part and now you’ve lost my business for good. So jokes on you, cheers guys.

Was on a mercy dash to the NT from VIC (family emergency),and was having serious issues with a rumbling drive line.These guy's although booked solid for 2weeks, some how managed to drop tools, diagnosed/fix the issues in record time.Their wealth of knowledge on the Defender is without compon the far north coast NSW in my books.I cant thank them enough!!!"(****** five just isn't enough)"

I bought a darche pararama 2 tent a few yrs ago .It was a demo model....Big mistake.The zipper was faulty ....had to replace costing $400.No warranty on demo products I didnt contact either coffs store or darche but I consider their product rubbish .Ive has a shipshape yrs ago ...best roof top tent I ever had ...no zipper. I slept in that $2k tent once....A very expensive nights accomodation . Both car with tent now sold onto soneone new who may be having a great time in the now fixed tent. Would I buy from Coffs again NO.Would I buy a darche product again No.

For the last two years I have my 2000 R9 Rodeo serviced with them. Cathie, Anthony and the team do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced. Top marks!!!

I contacted Coffs Harbour 4WD Centre for a quote to replace suspension components on my Disco 4. I was happy with the price and went ahead with the job. They completed the work promptly and efficiently and, even better, 25% cheaper than they quoted! Highly recommended.

My disabled Ute arrived on a tilt tray, yesterday arvo, 16NOV22, as I had forewarned CH4WDC: this is my first time, and realistically, I would consider myself to be a one-time, out-of-state (Qld) job. Anthony, & Jake were welcoming, and friendly, logged in my job, having advised me on my first contact before the tilt tray trip that they had scheduled work until 24NOV22 … I live in my customised Ute, and I am booked into hospital in Brisbane on 24NOV22, so I initiated a plan to stay in my Ute until I travel by train to Brisbane on 23rd … Delightedly, someone is doing an initial check on my Ute today, 17NOV22.
