Great, fast food. Great playground for the kids. Staff were very nice, I couldn't open the pop top juice and three of them tried too. Open 24/7.

Explain to me how my order says no onion and it's on the sticker on my burger, yet I have thin chopped onion under the patty and mixed in with the cheese so I can't even take it off lucky I'm not anaphylactic.

Really bad customer service, ordered 2 happy meals chicken nuggets combos, received 2 beef burger combos. We do not eat beef. This was via the drive through. For kids, did not realize until we got home. Called spoke to the manager on duty, manager did not have a care attitude. Rude and just in Lala land. The owners need to look at the staff on duty, instead of minds being on work, they talk about what they are doing tonight etc…. Really bad service. Check orders before leaving the drive through.

Ordered the happy meal through kiosk, waiting there for 10 min to get it ready. Then went to the desk for asking about the order, one girl is simply walking around who don't bother about asking. Again standing there for 2-3 min to get attention from someone for being served. Then I started raising my voice, one boy came out. When I asked , he gave me the order which was sitting there for long time ( look like, because fries were so cold).. it was a very bad experience

Food was typical maccas food. But they have chocolate soft serve so that's great. The downside? It was a half filled mcflurry cup instead of the 2/3 or 4/5 you get with the vanilla. This was a killer. The service was fast and seamless. I drove through, atmosphere was standard McDonalds interactions.

Food was pretty fresh.Restaurant had several tables with rubbish on them unfortunately. And being able to see 5+ staff standing at the heat lamps yelling and laughing with each other made you feel like they could clear the rubbish around the tables.In saying that, it would be nice if people cleaned up after themselves too!Sink in the bathroom didn't drain either.

Constantly mixed up orders. The ice cream is sooooo watery more like milk flavour sorbet. It melted in 2 mins and I asked for caramel drizzle and they gave me a blob of it. (See photos posted) Overall just really low quality food and staff not caring. I don’t understand how someone could f up maccas food when the SOP is so established. They did it. Good job. SMH. Will never go back again.

Received stale/overcooked fries, asked for a replacement and received what tasted like the same fries but with more salt added. The male staff member with glasses was short and not apologetic at all. Almost every trip to this store ends in disappointment and has for the last year or so. If someone can actually get back to me I’d really appreciate that because complaints in store and online are never acknowledged and staff are never apologetic.

Nice experience this morning at McDonald’s in Augustine Heights (Vicinity).Very modern style looking McDonald’s that has modern furniture, many self ordering pads located upon entry and store was fairly clean which is so good to see. These days you go into these diner style quick burger chains and you see all the left over trash from the burgers left on the tables to clean, not here today.Ordered for my daughter the 6 nuggets happy meal via the maccas app. We ordered dine in where they delivered straight to our table.Maccas app so easy to use and the whole process from ordering to having food delivered to our table was only 5 minutes and we never spoke to anyone upon entry.Well done maccas at Augustine Heights, very impressed today.
