“We were a group of 7 who stayed comfortably in this spacious home. This would have to be one of the most comfortable and well presented places we have ever stayed in. With three stories, there was more than enough room for the kids to bunk together and the adults to sleep in seperate rooms. Tom and Gus were very responsive whenever we communicated with him and was so helpful and went above and beyond when we required assistance with the WIFI - super friendly and thoughtful hosts. The house was clean and tidy and true to the images shown in the pictures and had everything we needed and more - linen and towels were all new. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in this beautiful property and will be staying again when we come back!”

We loved our stay here. The place was just as it looked in the pictures. Maybe even better, the communication from the Host was beautiful, checking in to see if we needed anything prior to staying and providing us with all the check in information and information on local places to go and see or eat. Nothing but positive things to say about not just the property but Tom & Gus.The property itself was beautiful & cosy, everything was true to the photos on their website. House is beautifully styled and presented with good quality items, you can tell they really put a lot of effort into making the place feel really nice.In the days leading up to my stay I received emails checking in to see if I had any questions, and was given all information needed for the stay. The guidebook they send you is a great touch and gives you lists of great places to eat and things to do on the Mornington Peninsula.Thanks for making my birthday weekend one to remember! If you’re looking for a great beach getaway look no further than Tom and Guss’s! The perfect location with the perfect setup. They have considered everything in their fabulous renovation from top end appliances and fittings, multiple comfy sitting areas inside and out, luxurious bedrooms and beautiful aesthetics. The house is extremely well stocked with nice crockery, cutlery and utensils.The deck and front and back yard are perfect for long summer days and relaxing with family and friends.Thanks Tom and Guss - we can’t wait to come back again!

Great views from the house and balcony. Tom & Guss were very helpful especially when we needed to change our booking. The house is spacious and clean. We took our dog and the garden is enclosed, large and perfect. The setting is great and very peaceful but still close to get to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The games room looked great even though we didn't use it. We had a lovely time. Would definitely wish to stay again.

They did such a great job setting it up and having guests within a week of advertising. The styling and photos were top class and I have had great occupancy rate right through to now. This apartment is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk to a large shopping centre and tram stops. It is very modern, immaculate and very quiet. We were very impressed with all of the provisions in the well equipped kitchen, and the beautiful bathroom was spotlessly clean.Tom and Guss were always available and responded to messages within a few minutes. The unit was easy to find and very easy to gain access by following the clear accurate instructions from our host.I highly recommend this unit for a getaway in Richmond!
