Sally Mander operates the best physiotherapy clinic I have attended so far in SA.I walked in into her clinic today to see therapist Monique Wilson.I have a complex list of sporting/health/exercise induced ailments.... long history. Explained all of the multiple aches & pains that I’ve been so bravely putting up with in day to day life (!)Monique listened and paid close attention to the details in our prelim consultation. She clearly has significant expertise because she pin pointed (excuse pun - dry needles used) the precise areas to work on to alleviate my pain.I can’t emphasise enough how beneficial this appointment was - prior to seeing her, whilst lying down I could not lift both legs in the air for fear of the pain I experienced in my lumbar spine (herniated disc). After treatment, I was able to lift both legs in the air without pain. It was a small miracle...I admitted feeling two inches taller afterwards! Monique then gave me specific exercises to help prevent reoccurrence.I shall keep attending to find out what other parts of my body can be fixed!Delighted with their care. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Aspire for years now but only this year in January did I return and use Becky for massage and Physio. She managed to sort my soreness in my lower back with exercises at home also, now I go every 3 weeks for a massage with dry needling if necessary. I’m no stranger to physiotherapy. I have had more injuries than I could count over my lifetime as I’ve been a highly competitive athlete in 3 different sports. I even worked in 3 physio therapy clinics over in the US and yet I’m impressed with Aspire Physical Therapy. All of the staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with have been, kind, caring, and just seem like genuine humans. I also can’t say enough about the care I receive from Alex Sicari. I feel like she doesn’t just treat the injury but my body as a whole. She pushes me just the right amount and is always interested in my thoughts regarding my care. I see massive improvements in my range of motion, biomechanics, and strength already and can’t wait to see where I end up after my plan is complete.

Natalie is fantastic and has done wonders for my daughter's knee, but now that they will only see vaccinated people we can nolonger support this business. Anti-discrimination has been such a cornerstone of Australian ideals for the 4 decades of my life, and one of the most important features of our society - a feature we must not lose!

I always receive fantastic treatment by the team at Aspire, which is why I continue to return. Friendly and professional, extremely thorough and they provide great instruction on how to do maintenance at home for longevity. I also found the Mums and Bubs Pilates class a life saver to help regain my core post birth. The online booking system is very easy to use as it gives you instant access to their availability, which is great when trying to fit an appointment into a busy schedule.

As my appointment was on a Care Plan I expected to be supported by Medicare reimbursement and maybe pay a nominal amount for clerical, but not be out of pocket $40 for visit so am not proceeding with the rest of the care plan as I understood 5 sessions were complimentary to the care plan. Very disappointing.

I saw Bec for the first time. Bad back pain. I woke the following day pain free. Both Bec and the receptionist, Christine were so welcoming and kind. Thank you.
