Rude, unaccommodating staff, genuinely one of the worst shops I’ve had the displeasure of entering. The two old blonde haired ladies behind the counter- if you hate your job that much just retire.

Had service the moment I walked in the door. They could be a bit more friendly and talkative, however prices Were good. Great Shop. Great location.

Returned a pair of steel blue work boots, top of the line $250pair, (3 months old) because of teeth in zip broken. Lady on counter treated me like I had purposely damaged them, questioned what I do for a living to find someway out of replacing them.Ended up having to send them back to their rep. Got a replacement. But seriously doubt I'll be going back there. The after sales service is rubbish, not welcoming at all.

Lots of range of clothes and jackets, fair price and good services.

Went to purchase some work boots at this store last week with my daughter. One lady behind the counter gave a slight ‘hello’ as we walked past to look at the shoe section. Another lady was trying on shoes (only other customer instore) as the 3 staff members helped her out with shoes. Stood there for ages holding up different shoes, making it quite obvious I was needing a hand. Moved out of the way for staff members to go in & out behind counter without even an acknowledgement of my existence!Working in retail myself, I understand when you’re helping out other customers, but a simple ‘I can help you with the boots in a moment’ or ‘I can grab someone to help you with the shoes’ is such an easy way to show a slight amount of professionalism in a business.As we started to leave the store, again there was no communication from staff, my 5 year old questioned why no one wanted to help us out! Funnily enough on her our accord, she has since told family and friends about our negative experience! Which may not seem like much, but of those people, there’s about another 12 pairs of men’s work boots that won’t be purchased a year from this store.We received great assistance at another shop and even got a better price!Cheers.

Rude staff. Came in yesterday and was stared at by the grey hair lady behind the counter. I said hello how are you, I am after women's boots please. She literally just pointed at them without saying a word... I asked if they sell 'Originals', and she said 'Original What'? I said, sorry I meant Blundstone Originals in suede? She rudely responded, no, they are fashion boots.. You would need to go to a fashion shop for that!If someone was looking for a brand such as Blundstone, I would have thought a workwear shop would be the go-to for this. Sorry I got that wrong.....!!I work for a company with 7 of us tradies, and my husband has a team of 7 tradies as well.. Overall that is at least 14 people who will never shop with you, and we always need work boots and uniform numerous times a year.Seriously where is the customer service at these days?? If you don't want to work there or help someone, then retire!!! You made me feel embarrassed, but after reading such poor reviews I feel better knowing I am not the only one who gets treated poorly in your shop. Good luck, there are plenty of other friendly workwear places in Geelong we will spend our money at.

Staff were helpful and spotted an size error when I grabbed a seond pair. The store should be great when renovations are completed. I'll keep you in mind.

The two lovely young ladies - Mandy and Andrea, helped guide me to find the comfiest work pants to fit my robust figure. 110% felt comfortable and felt more like family than just a dollar sign.
