Really unhappy , i visited this place to fix the flat Tyre , maintenance guy's told me to wait in the reception area, after 5 minutes they returned me the keys and been told punctured fixed, and charged me $30 bucks, price was very high as compared to market, after 2-3 days same tyre go flat again, i believe they just refill the air and returned back to me and charged $30 bucks for nothing

Early morning is the best time to be there. Even better is to book your appointment via Autoguru so they know you need to be served at a certain time of the day and exactly know what they need to look in to and work on beforehand. I had to get wheel balance and alignment done. Service was excellent and on time. They have a seating area where you could watch news and have free coffee till your car gets ready, or even better is that there is halal lebanese/turkish restaurant just beside if you want to have breakfast there meanwhile.

Being a Tyroola authorised fitter, the tyres should've been checked prior to fitment on the vehicle to ensure they were exactly like the ones ordered. A normal consumer wouldn't have much of an idea and will tend to trust the tyre provider and the fitter for this. I had to figure this out myself after the tyres were already fitted upon getting my keys back. I agree Tyroola sent the wrong tyres initially, but just giving them a quick look and ensuring they were the correct model and type should've been carried out by the fitter company I believe. Due to them already been fitted to my vehicle, I then had no other option but to chase Tyroola to obtain confirmation on why and what I had received, which unfortunately took many days to sort out.

Reasonable price and efficient service, got a quote and the tyres replaced within a few hours on a Saturday. Also the puncture location and possible outcome was properly explained to me, would happily recommend and go back.
