Absolute rip off! We were charged $10k for a split system air conditioner, and felt pressured to sign the contract and get it installed on the spot before we could do our research. Another electrician told us they have a bad name for way overcharging and he would have done it for $3k. Please shop around!!!

Call out few ! Waiter 5.5 hours. Quoted me 7500 for a new system or anywhere between 1200-4K for a service and a part ‘but not sure which one yet’! It’s a little split system for goodness sakes! What. Total grade. Wasted $150 for rubbish service!

Michael from jims plumbing answered our call on Saturday night. He arrived on time was professional and thorough. He was able to get the heater working again for us after 2 cold days with no heating. We were very grateful .

call out fee does not include diagnosis of the heater, technician is only interested in quoting you a new unit and selling you a payment plan. always get multiple quotes, metro wanted 4600 for a 1300 unit... and not even a brivis.
