A++++ Highly recommended. I found their phone number from the internet when I was in need of help as I ripped my car bumper off when I was reversing. Although it was a very busy day for them, two of them came over to my rescue. Very friendly, reassuring & drove the car back to their workshop and fixed it all up & pumped air to the tyres. I was amazed how quickly everything was fixed and I received a $50 discount as it was my first job with them. I have never experienced such friendly service from mechanics ever before. I'm so grateful, will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much.

Told me my power steering was Making a bad noise, this was because resevoir was empty. None of the fluids were topped up as advertised.Told me my windscreen washers were broken, this was because they couldn't figure out how to turn them on... Apprentices working on vehicles...I asked for $50 back to make up for the fluids I had to buy...they offered $50 off next visit....why would I go back with such poor service?Front desk was kind and seemed professional, unfortunately the work carried out was the opposite...

Wanted to give a massive shoutout to Carite, been going to them for nearly over 3 years and has been nothing but excellence. Awesome mechanics that have helped my Mazda survive through my wild driving, the 2 fellas at the desk are very friendly/ funny, good to have a chat with, and also have teached me more then anyone else. The owner is a great bloke and could not recommend this mechanics enough!10 out of 10 stars!

Took my car for the first time and was very impressed with the service. They were very thorough with thir work including parts that needed to be replaced or was wearing out.

They did a pretty good job, looked after me, didn't give me any BS and gave me options about getting the work done.Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back for future work.

This was my first time visiting their shop and I have to say wow just wow!! The level of professionalism and extra care taken from the moment you first walk in the door is impressive to say the least!! The environment is super clean and covid safe for your protection which makes you feel a sense of comfort and safety. The entire team there were super friendly as well and extremely welcoming. The quote seemed to be fair and they made sure to explain everything with great clarity and answered any questions that I had. I didn't need one but they also have courtesy cars for their customers which again is an example of just how much they care about their customers. Carite... yep the name suits!!

Within less than 24 hours they ordered in and fitted two front tyres, also with finally a great wheel alignment done!Extremely happy with my car! Feels new to drive!!Highly recommend this business - No messing around and great prices!
