Purchased mirror (paid $50 freight) which arrived damaged. Got offered to return at my own expense or receive 30% refund. Still have not received refund and no communication. Very disappointing. Will not be buying from here again. Do NOT buy from this place!

Purchased a shelf from here despite it being almost double the price of another store selling the same item (but it was sold out elsewhere). This took a month to arrive, despite reassurances that it would arrive within a week. The item wasn't listed as a pre-order and there was no communication about the delays so I had to constantly follow up about the item every week, sometimes with no response. Just really unprofessional as it should be their job to update customers on delays.The shelf then arrived damaged and poor quality, with chips on several corners and drip marks (clearly made in China). Despite this, the owner refused a replacement or full refund because their policy is to contact them within 72 hours and they didn't receive my message apparently. How are customers meant to know if they have received their messages if they don't even respond half the time? Most stores would do a refund or replacement for faulty items, but Cocoluxur's stingy policy shows that they place greed and profits above customer care. During this entire ordeal, I don't remember receiving even one apology and the owner gets defensive instead of owning up to her mistakes when you try to communicate.Also another review below mentioned that if you receive a faulty item, they make you pay for return shipping even though they should be liable for that since they sent you a faulty item in the first place. Wouldn't recommend, you can find the same items elsewhere for a lower price and way better service.Update: the item was not listed as a pre-order by the time I made my order - the pre-order description had been removed so it's logical to assume the item is ready to be shipped. Also I think it says a lot that the owner would rather accuse their customers of lying instead of admitting that waiting one month for an order only to receive a faulty item and then be refused a replacement or full refund is a poor customer experience.
