A professional and reputable company, they treat there guards with respect and courtesy. Very flexible and accommodating. Being a high tempo work environment things get stressful but the management take time to thank there personnel. I recommend this company for guards looking to earn extra income or those looking for security personnel to look after there place of business.

The hospital I work for use to have a contract with them, to provide security staff for ED, psychiatric and medical wards. Initially they would send big, competent looking security staff, with lots of experience to works the wards in the beginning. After a few months passed, these security officers stopped coming, and they would send security officers with minimal experience, that were barely 5'4, weighed no more than 60 kilos and had minimal grasp of English, hindering them from being able to follow instructions. Working as the hospital administrator, the number of complaints I received from staff who feared for their safety increased immeasurably. It got so bad that when extra security was required, staff would have to deliberate if they should request one or not, out of concern for potentially taking on more workload to ensure one of their officers didn't get assaulted. We had to endure till the end of our contractual agreements with them, before being able to find another security company that was a lot more competent. Many security companies want a public health contract, due to paying very well. They thought they could get away with sending incompetent staff.
