Berry Springs Nature Park

We experienced Berry Springs with Ethical Adventures tour company. Our guide got us there early enough to enjoy a swim and experience the pristine environment without having to share it with loads of people. Be sure to take some goggles if you want to see the fish. The water was warm but not hot, and the short falls were like vigorous spa. Highly recommended.

The water temperature was just lovely. Although a lot of people were there. There is so much room for everyone. Great place to spend a few hours.

Stunning location, 3 spots for getting in and out. Water colour is pristine. Take some floatation items as there are limited places to stand or reach the bottom (which you may not want to touch if you're used to pristine sand). Many people use pool noodles which can be purchased or rented from the kiosk when it's open (also has drinks, icecream and some snacks). Lots of shade and areas for picnic or bbq. Toilets and change rooms also available.

Beautiful park space, lots of areas for picnics and BBQ. The water was the perfect temperature, bring a pool noodle and float around or swim in the main pool, it's huge or cool off under the bubbling stream.

We were really sorry we only heard about this magical place late in our trip... otherwise we would have gone at least twice. Don’t miss out! It’s free! They sell pool noodles if you forgot to bring some... they make everything easy

Beautiful springs! Large swimming area and the water is a nice warm temperature. Such a pretty area & huge fish to swim with. Be mindful that they close up the pools at 6/6:30.

Gorgeous spot. There are shaded benches to sit at, bathrooms, separate change rooms, a kiosk with pool noodles for hire, and bin stations. A short walk from there to the swimming spot. Cool water!! It was busy when we were there but very nice.

This This place, I think, is underrated. I hadn't really heard of it. Two really big swimming areas are connected by a channel that takes you through it faster than Bitter Springs. Fish in the bottom pool are amazing and quite large. Really need a snorkel and goggles. Water is almost crystal clear. You can get a massage from the waterfall like Vivienne or duck behind it, too. Great place for swimming and heaps of picnic area. There are kiosks and toilets on the site as well.

This was certainly bigger and more impressive than I was expecting.. lovely natural freshwater pools with links between them and a small waterfall that supplies the water..bring a noodle or hire one at the kiosk so your not constantly doing doggy paddle.. plenty of grass and tables for a picnic.. easy drive from Darwin
