Rachel and staff did an amazing job looking after our boy Bob!His first time in accommodation, with a stay away from home for 15 days, we were worried. However our minds were put at ease, with Bobs deluxe accommodation package we received weekly email updates and photos. We knew he was being looked after well.Thank you again to everyone at The Cat Motel for looking after our boy ❤️

I left my Luna here recently - it was the first time leaving her at a cattery so I was a bit anxious. But Rachel and the crew at The Cat Motel made me feel really assured when I came in! They let me look around at the other cabins which instantly made me feel better that all the cats looked happy and well looked after. They even let me stay for a little bit and set up Luna's cabin. I also got heaps of updates on how Luna was going while I was away. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cattery that spends time with the cats and really cares about them!

I highly recommend The Cat Motel! The staff are fantastic, and gave my cat Leo lots of love and cuddles during his stay. They sent plenty of photos and videos so I could see he was happy. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I'm sure Leo will stay again!

The Cat Motel went above and beyond for our Toby and Lenny. A couple of weeks before our boys were meant to stay with The Cat Motel, Toby had a medical issue which may have impacted their stay. I was in tears as I called them and asked if they were still able to take our boys in. They said yes which was a huge burden off our shoulders. The staff were so friendly and showed so much compassion. They noted all the requirements for administering Toby’s medication and even asked halfway into their stay regarding a possible top up of his meds. They staff gave our boys cuddles and sent through photos and updates which put our minds and hearts at ease. We will always consider The Cat Motel as our number 1 boarding facility for our boys. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.

We are sooo grateful to The Cat Motel and to all the staff who took such beautiful and compassionate care of our two cats Chloe and Marigold. This last stay was the second time that our girls stayed at The Cat Motel and both times the stay has been 5 stars +++It is hard for us all to seperate but The Cat Motel was very caring and kind and knowledgeable, sending us updates, photos of their progress and answering all our questions and just being wonderful new besties for us and our girl-cats. The girls came home with silky coats, and you could just tell from their demeanour that they had a fun time and that they were loved and cared for. Thank you Cat Motel, Chloe and Marigold look forward to another vacation at your superb resort location soon!! :)

Can't recommend the Cat Motel team highly enough. Got me out of a bind when another operation stitched me up last minute. Obvious from the moment you walk in the team adores these animals and aren't just punching the clock. The WhatsApp updates put you at ease knowing you're little one is in good hands. Also, as a first time cat owner they were really informative and gave me some great info on these amazing/strange little animals. Back fo sho!

Amazing facilities, brilliant staff, the best prices, and the only place that may love your cat more than you do. I could not fathom leaving our cat anywhere else, I would rate it higher if I could.

The Cat Motel is the best! The staff are all wonderful and really set us at ease on our first time leaving Grace by herself for more than a night or two. The cats all get a decent sized area to stay in. The staff also sent us some pretty great photos and videos of her interacting with and watching them work. Wouldn't trust anywhere else.
