It took me 12 months to first walk through that door as I didn’t think Pole dancing was for me. The moment I thought screw it I’m giving it a go and opened that door I’ve never looked back or regretted it.SoulFire is so much more than dancing around a pole. You gain confidence, laugh a lot, get challenged, get fitter, form beautiful friendships, support, encouragement and most of all it’s a space where you can express and feel free to be yourself with zero judgement.Sam the owner has created such a wonderful community within the studio and I am so grateful for the time I spend there. I’ve learnt so much already and pretty stoked how far I’ve come.
