The worst real estate agent I have ever experienced! The rental property was rented out by the agent to a drug dealer to grow marijuana inside the house! What kind of real estate agent is that! The house was extremely damaged and the tenants were nowhere to be found! There was not any response from the agent to apology after this criminal activity. During the rental period (8 months), I have never received any inspection report from this agent. And the agent lied to me that the house was rented to a family! The monthly statement was poorly and unprofessionally done! Moreofter, the agent would charge more management fee with nothing was done! It was very irresponsible! What was I paying for? I am sharing this to whom is considering to hand over your rental property to this agent. Please think twice!
