Racists behaviour by Tuggerah costumer services Today I went to Tuggerah pet stock I have been a member of a this stock however I was waiting on the line to be served I have been discriminated because of my facial and my religious the costumer service was were poor she was serving me and ask me if I was a member and as I was pulling out my phone number she left me and served the other costumer while I was in the first in the line I waited 5 minute got frustrated and end up copping abused by other costumer because of my background and this isn’t nice what I have experienced in that stock I been embraced as a result of the service staff member I will make sure put this out every where so all the Muslim nations know how the Muslim been treated by the staff member of petstock. It is embarrassing how they have been treated me you asking me what is my number and left me there and go serve for someone else while I was providing u my number ? It just because of my look it just because of my background never go there I will cancel my member ship and will contact the headquarters. This is not nice what so ever. She hasn’t even ask me what really happen manager was fully taken other costumer side while I was right there I’m taken this further how they discriminated me. Clearly petstock is discriminating other nations and they are not welcoming us this is racists behaviour needs to be stop.

The staff a very friendly, and you always feel part of their family when walking in.

I always have had a positive experience. The grooming was fine. Someone is always available to help if needed. A huge range of stock. If something isn’t in - it’s only a day or two wait. Staff are always lovely to my dog.

Not a good experience for my little dog who happens to be blind & 15 years of age...Was nipped by accident but should not happen by trained staff.I won't be taking my dog back expensive day!
