John's work was excellent, professional and prompt. Would recommend and will use his services again for rose pruning next year.

John and his colleague did a great job pruining our somewhat unruly roses (some of them verge on small tree size)Weather was awful but still did the job. Even came back later to spray them as he could'nt do that when it was raining (no extra charge) even left us fertiliser.We are now regulars :-)

We recently had John and Robert back to our house to give our front and rear garden a decent spread of mulch. Whilst here we had a few smalls to get done around the garden. They were able to work it into there schedule and again we were very impressed with both the workmanship and service they provided. Terrific guys and would recommend them to anyone. We used John's services recently for the first time. He replied promptly to my calls, texts, sending quote and was always punctual. John was helpful in bringing our garden up to scratch and did a beautiful job mulching.

John removed 18 stumps of our rose bushes which had been trimmed. They did a great job and left the area clean and tidy

John provided a quote to clear out my front garden beds and put down black mulch - given the quote wasn't cheap I expected a job well done. I was told the work would be completed over 2 days, Thursday and Friday. I get home Friday expecting it all to look amazing - it looks awful and wasn't anywhere near finished. The mulch was put down very messy, the bigger main garden bed in front of my house wasn't even mulched at all. The section that was mulched had gaps everywhere. I just assumed it wasn't finished, but when asked when he was returning to complete the job, John asked what the problem was? He then tried to blame an ant problem for it - if that were the case (it's not), would you not at least communicate this to your client at the time? He did not. He then agreed to come out again today to fix it all. I've come home and there's still sections not touched and the mulch has been chucked on so sloppy. I could do a better job myself, and it looks like I will need to redo it all myself and waste my weekend doing so. I can't understand how a gardener can't grasp the concept of what it means to clear garden beds and put down mulch. Never again, I am so disappointed.*Edit - You're really shaming me saying my place was the jungle?? That's pretty low. That's why I hire a gardener and that's why you are employed, because of people like me who need help from a gardener. I met with you and explained to you in person that I wanted you to weed, trim the bushes, and clear out the garden beds and mulch them (while you apparently had the flu, so thanks for putting me at risk). Very simple instructions that you still couldn't get right after 2 attempts. The photos speak for themselves.

I found John and his sidekick Robert to be prompt, reliable, respectful, thorough and take pride in their job. John does not ask for payment until the job is finished and his charges are not through the roof, like the bigger companies. Would recommend him in an instant.

John and his partner did a wonderful job in pruning our unruly standard roses at a very reasonable price. John answered emails and messages very promptly and I would highly recommend his services.

John and his workers are simply the best and have become regulars for me since 2017 They provide great value and friendly easy attitude “you ask they do” simple as that. I would highly recommened them for Rent inspections, garden bond cleaning and just a simple tidy up when you are to lazy to do it yourself!. Thanks alot for all your workJoe
