Buyers beware. This business has new owners and receptionist is very rude. I bought blinds approx. 1.5 years ago and blind completely detached from the roller. Even though they have a 5 year warranty new owners would not fix the blind. Have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs. Do not use this blind company.

If I could choose less than 1 star I would. Purchased blinds (light filtering), the wrong ones arrived. My hubby called 3 times (over the course of 2 weeks) and was told someone would call him back as they couldn't help him". He sent emails
