She will explain what she's doing and the reasons clearly.Tran who helps on the sales end is courteous and fun. She'll aid you in choosing the perfect pair of specs, as well as, help you make the most of your private health rebate.An excellent team.

Have been going to iContact for many years due to their excellence service. Vivienne is wonderful and very thorough, explaining fully any concerns arising and provides follow up if required- with no additional fees on top of the Medicare rebate? Tran is a lovely soul who has patience to assist you to find the perfect frames, even if we are a bit fussy!

What a customer service! I was delighted ! Tran Lam very patiently checked just about every frame in the store to find the right one or close to it, I highly recommend this establishment you want service it is the place.

Great customer service, Paten was extremely helpful as I never had multifocal glasses before. Vivien is very thorough with her examination and she talks you through what's she is doing and her findings. One the best optometrist me an the kids have had. Would recommend them to any one that want professionals who care an with you from the beginning to the end. Great job ladies!!

Wonderful service! I wasn't sure what style of sunglasses to get but the staff were super helpful and I ended up with a pair that I was very happy with. Will be coming back again!

Payton was lovely l have bought 3 pairs of glasses there under TAC THE PREVIOUS 2 accts were paid promptly. The area manager gave permission for the glasses to be collect prior to TAC paying acct. This time the manager Tran was rude ignorant overbearing saying safe didn’t care about what the area manager said. She said they were ready to be picked up shortly but she wouldn’t release them till cheque arrived. The glasses were paid for on may 3rd they knew l was going overseas and never contacted me till April 14. Constantly rude n nasty Payton was the only shining light. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Great service and variety in choosing my 2 new pairs of prescription glasses. Tran was so good at knowing exactly what I wanted each end product to look like. My new sunnies are awesome. The 2 optometrists I saw in the last few weeks were Jenny and Vivien. Both of them are professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. Definitely highly recommended by me.

I have been going to icontact for 12 years, over that time I have had major problems with my eyes. Vivienne has always provided excellent care and always explains everything and always takes her time to reassure me. Their prices are really good and the girls are there to help you choose the correct frames. Very friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else.
