I got charged double the going rate recently for a concrete pump job.I had to pay upfront and then told I had to pay more when onsite and before the job can commence. very unprofessional.You can get much better service for much better rates anywhere else.Do not bother wasting your time.

Don't bother for small residential jobs, I went in to see them, I live close, wasted a day waiting for rep to drop in and tell me which pump was needed, called next day, was told rep would call 1 hour before he arrived, he arrived no call, waited for email on how much it would cost, no email, called a week later, was told she'd look it up and call back within one hour. Would have saved me a lot of time if they just told me to pump off.
