Did not listen to my requests and kept drilling onto my skin n cuticles which left me with a cut on my skin. Do not recommend this salon. :)

Really satisfied and happy with service of Mina thank u kindly appreciate with 5 stars for her in particular but I will rate the grumpy rude and unkind they call the boss, 1she was unbelievable how she spoken to me as a customer and to the staff . I might not understand her what she’s saying in her language but I do see her expression n body language to me n staff.This is the first time I had pedicure for the last 20 yrs as I do it myself.I heard friends say that some customer are very unkind to the ladies who does the service but then now I witness myself that no wonder the customer are outspoken it’s because of the bosses they have . As I compassionately obliged to hear screaming scolding at me meekly I answered her and asked her why is so grumpy .Will NOT go back and WiLL not recommend the boss DiVine nails at FairfieldPoliteness and respect both ways in Business is necessaryThank you a very very dissatisfied customer

Excellent Eyebrow wax for shaping and eyelash tinting; manicure - reshaping my home efforts - and s pedicure AND dealing with one ‘dead’ toenail. I have used this store a number of times when they were previously Venus and now Divine Nails.ALWAYS great customer service, with wonderful gentleness by the staff. I am always a ‘walk in’ with no appointments and they still squeeze’ me in.

I would give this salon negative stars if possible, final product was awful, tips weren’t painted, topcoat was patchy, shape and length was different for every nail. They should be closed. When I complained they told me they could fix it but refused to give me my money back. I said I would only pay $20 not the full $50. It was a frustrating ordeal and they saw no problem with the way they left my nails. Completely unprofessional, do not go there.

Assuming this place changed their name from Venus Nails to Divine nails because of all the bad reviews they were getting. The boss is the worst, if you’re going to go in and expect good service… don’t. Not only do they not say when they can’t do a specific design, they try and fail and expect you to pay full price. Would not recommend - this place needs to shut down for good.

The only good thing about this place was the price and the store looked nice. They did a terrible job with my pedicure as they refused to do it properly because I was ticklish. They also did my hand acrylic nails poorly, the shape was completely wrong, and they forgot nail coats.

I’ve been doing my nails here for a year, Always happy With their job , and the price so cheap compared to another stores!

I rushed to them last minute they were great!!! Loved my nails will always go onwards.Thank you guys.
