Rise Pilates

It has taken me a while to get to a class! Mostly due to a bit of anxiety of doing something new.I am so glad I started going to rise.It’s a really welcoming, non judgemental environment, the tunes are great, I’m already feeling stronger after 5 classes and my back pain has subsided. Looking forward to continuing!

Really enjoying Rise Pilates. I’m a beginner and all the instructors are very helpful and friendly. It’s a fun and challenging class that gives an all round workout. I’ve found muscles I never knew I had!!

I am a beginner to pilates and I have absolutely loved the fun and engaging classes here. The instructors are all so motivating and welcoming and I feel excited to go to class when I have one scheduled. Additionally, the classes are very diverse and changeable, so you don't get bored of the same routine ever!

I could not recommend rise Pilates anymore. I am quite new to reformer Pilates and was quite anxious before starting. The minute I got to class I felt super comfortable, all of the instructors were kind, friendly and helpful and you are able to take everything at your own pace and level without any pressure. There classes are amazing and allow you to work hard and work all parts of your body and I leave every class feeling amazing. I already feel like I’m getting much more stronger. The studio is also beautiful and has a warm energy to it which makes it an amazing place to be.

I LOVE this studio. The classes challenge me in a great way. And I love the music they play - so fun! The trainers are supportive but are always ready with a cheeky way to level up your workout.Looking forward to many more workouts at this studio

Started attending 2 weeks ago and I’m in love!! The classes are so fun and challenging, the staff are so nice and accommodating of all individuals, and the vibes are always good! Highly highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Since booking my first class at Rise, I have absolutely loved it. I have been going for four weeks now, and have enjoyed every class with all instructors. Every class is so diverse which means it doesn’t feel repetitive. The instructors are all so friendly, and allow you to go at your own pace. Definitely worth trying their trial pack if you’re thinking about it!
