Clothes weren't packed in plastic bags when returned. Neither hotel nor ritz able to confirm after 3-4 days whether clothes were washed together with hotel uniforms or using gentle wash.

Called and required a one hour service. Elradio fitted it in with 10 mins notice!! Not saying that they will do this for every person, but their service is excellent and went above and beyond for me! Extremely happy!!
