B, is a lovely guy at first and you will trust him, we changed an iphone 7 screen and it stopped working 1 week later. Under Warranty and B was fantastic and we got another screen (third one he tried mind you). 2 weeks later, half the screen works, the other half doesnt, we took it back, B checked it, tried another screen and it worked fine (obvious screen issue) and B told us we would need to pay another $160 to repair it. There is a surface scratch on the face of the phone and this voids his suppliers warranty. I asked him how about the warranty that you have given us and he shrugged his shoulders and advised my wife should not have taken off the screen protector he had provided. Be careful everyone, it seems unless you have a flawless screen with no scratchs (B would call it damage), your warranty is null and void. Lots of money wasted. I will be contacting fair trading NSW in hope of a fair resolution. Dissappointed to say the least! Very Un-Australian B!!!

Bibek has been really helpful with the issue I had with my iPad. I found him via Google search and he was really helpful over the phone. I had my iPad fixed but there was a setback but it was resolved within reasonable timeframe.All in all, please visit Bibek whenever you have any issue with your device. Best value for money. He is an asset to our community.

B has been amazing. Nothing but professional and kind and generous with us. He threw in extras when my daughter purchased her phone from him and repaired my phone free of charge today when my speaker died (put in a new speaker and took the time to ensure it was working properly). Bibek has been exceptionally helpful with every transaction. I am a baby boomer and a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to new technology and found he also gave me assurance in using a new mobile phone. Amazing experience! Efficient, helpful and kind are some adjectives to describe how my experience was. Initially, I thought my iPhone 8 charging port needed to be cleaned after years of use. I was wrong. It was quickly identified that my charging cable was faulty. I ended up buying a new Apple cable and the charging port was properly cleaned without charges. I totally recommend it!

My IPhone battery was replaced and tempered glass put on in just under 20min. Also had a good chat about what to look out for when buying my next phone.
