We brought some think from a browns Plains bcf got it back home to find it was missing parts and broken called the bfc browns Plains they wanted nothing to really do with us so I called our local Cleveland shop up and they were more then happy to help us and get the tent send down from a Ipswich bfc I can not thank them enough for the outstanding effort they put in to get us a new one keep up the good work and wonderful team work bcf Cleveland

Amazing!Had the XTM air compressor which was on Recall, received communication and came into the store, They had the unit swapped out in no time, received a $20 refund as the unit was slightly cheaper now, compared to when I bought and received a $10 gift card for the recall. 100% could not recommend them enough.Have been my local BCF for around 7 years now and glad it will remain the same.
