So my panter has brought a printer from these guys about 7 months ago within 12 months now she has had many problems with it for a while and everytine she gets onto them she gets the run around and now with the new printer he won't fix it or give a refund. His service used to be really good but now it's pretty poor .

The staff are very kind and go out of their way for their customers. I've been here a couple of times to pick stuff up for a family member and they're more than accommodating and helpful. Sometimes they can appear quite stressed, which is fair since they are very busy, but they don't treat you any less kind because of it. At least, not from what I've experienced. I think quite highly of this place.

Quality sublimation supplier! I just got into the world of sublimation and decided to order from here, much to my delight finding out they weren't that far of a drive from me for pick-up as well! My first projects all turned out perfect thanks to the quick processing and customer service of Discount Supplies. Would highly recommend!

A creative persons dream.I must admit it would be great to have a bit more customer service on hand.And also, many of the products seen to have limited, badly translated, or NO instructions.Fix that and it's almost perfect.

Useless. Want to buy over $1000 worth of stuff, not interested in selling anything. Don't think I should have to wait 24 hours to get a shipping price. Don't answer their contact forms, when you ring they can't be bothered to talk you through anything because their to busy". well

Tumblers were bad quality.. contacted and was told no refund on tumblers if sublimated on! I went through a box of these and all BAD quality.. sent back remaining for refund. Purchased different 20oz tumblers from another supplier with NO issues.. Discount supplies refused to take any responsibility and made me out to be a liar... disgusting service and will never purchase from again. Actually had other people tell me same thing too!! Just be aware!..

absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with.they will accept your order and payment then a week later it has yet to be sent and no reply to any emails, dm on Facebook and phone is never answered

Always had great service, I’ve been instore and ordered online multiple times - shipping is fast and everything arrives extremely well packaged. I did have an item not included once, I sent an email and got an email back within half an hour with an apology and that item was posted out to me the next day. Mistakes happen, but it’s how the service handles them that makes the difference and they were fantastic
