*coolsculpting review* Laura and Mira were very patient with me during the treatment session and had a laugh with me, and they let me take breaks between cycles of treatment and looked after me when I was in pain from the treatment. They made sure I was comfortable and offered me tea. The clinic is so comfortable and they give you pillows and blankets & everything is very clearly explained to you so you’re never confused or scared. Can’t wait to see the results during my review appointment in 6 weeks.

I have prepaid for a series of Skin Tyte BBL treatments.I have had my first treatment with Mira, the experience was great. Mira explains everything really clearly so I knew exactly what was going to happen.It has been a little under two weeks and I can definitely see a change in my skin.I was a little short on time for my first appointment but that was not a problem as we could just schedule more treatments on another day.My experience so far has been exceptional and I look forward to my next appointment with Mira . I would not recommend this to anybody. After receiving laser for many months from a previous area and service and then relying on this clinic only for the occasional treatment I’ve found the service ineffective and a waste of time . I’ve been to this laser clinic 3 times and received laser once. First time I went the worker told me I should have been given a cream to apply prior to my appointment after my initial consultation ($50 of pseudo science and no research to back this cream- if someone could point me to skinstitut’s academic research that would be great). Second time I went back after applying the cream the same worker told me I’d applied it wrong. Despite completing the routine the way she had instructed me. The third visit I go in to show the areas I’d like them to focus on and I can’t laser AGAIN because I didn’t shave…I purposely didn’t shave to show the worker where to focus. The only positive from the whole shop is one time i went there was a nice worker who was able to fit me in as a walk in…Of course, I didn’t receive laser that time. I’ve lived in rural Australia and it’s easier to get laser there than in Noosa.

Been to this clinic several times and always such great service, friendly & helpful.Had Kirsty the last time doing my laser leg hair removal and she was fantastic. Just felt she was being really thorough and I was really impressed. Next time I'll ask for Kirsty but they are all amazing.

Noosa Civic Laser clinic keeps going from strength to strength. The quality of the service I receive is always amazing and professional. Today I met my consultant Mira for the first time. She was bubbly, ensured I felt relaxed, and very professional explaining each step of the way.The lovely receptionist who I’ve met before Mina was (as always) efficient, advised me of some new specials which I took advantage of for future and booked in all my future appointments within minutes.
