Friendly and attentive service from one of the members of staff. Would definitely shop at this Kookai branch in the future.

Needed 2 staff to serve one customer at the counter while other customers waited in line. Asked for one item after the staff only remembered after the that one cuatomer had left.

Can you please tell my boyfriend to stop buying me random gifts from this store. Most of the dresses and skirts that he has purchased do not fit me and I don't have time to keep on running exchanges just to find the right size. My boyfriend has a unhealthy shopping addiction, and I am overall concerned about his emotional well being. He suffers from post traumatic stress due to his experience in the army whilst fighting in Afghanistan. He has not been the same since returning to Australia in 2021. I believe he is using his shopping addiction has a coping mechanism (or distraction) in order to avoid confronting his feelings. I appreciate the fact that he enjoys buying me gifts from Kookai but I really need him to stop. If you could kindly advise him to stop shopping for me, that would be great. Thank you.
