Went in to purchase a new piece for an existing piercing which they happily changed over for me. While I was there I mentioned I was having trouble with a newer piercing. They sat me down, took a good look at it and treated it for me, sending me home with a complimentary sachet of what I needed to help it heal even thought it had nothing to do with what I purchased or why I was there. Well above what was expected of them, and all delivered with a chat, and a smile. Highly recommend.

I have never in my life had better customer service, i have been here on multiple occasions and must say Jody and her other half are so very helpful, i’ve had a few issues with a couple of my piercings and they've gone above and beyond to make sure they fix it. She even gave me her number incase i had any further issues or questions. Prices are very reasonable and have never had a problem with the jewellery. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. i highly recommend. Thank you both!

I went yesterday and bought some sleepers, my firsts in my ear lobes are tiny holes and I was given a gauge 9 hooped sleeper (I don’t understand all the gauges but she said it was a size 9) as soon as I bought them I excitedly tried to put them in and they wouldn’t go through, I went back and we both tried with vasoline and still no luck. I went home and tried a hot shower and to my disappointment they still didn’t go in. I went back today to see if I could swap to a smaller size and they couldn’t. So I’ve left the shop $40 down with nothing to show for it. Unless I stretch my piercings which I do not want to do. The lady who served me was friendly and all but I was so upset that nothing could be done. I feel like there should have been more consideration on my piercing size before I purchased as i wasn’t even aware that there is a no returns policy. This should be told to customers who are purchasing jewellery to make sure it’s definitely the size they need. :(

I’ve only ever had the best experience with this store the employee’s go above and beyond for all customers with my multiple visits, today I spoke with the lovely Judy she was so amazing! she even went thought the effort to change my piercing and give me her phone number just in case I have any issues in future! the prices are also reasonable! 5/5 stars for me!

Jody was absolutely beautiful towards me. This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had. Prices were reasonable and she even changed over my piercing for free. I will definitely be back soon!

If I could give 1000 out of 5 stars I would. After a piercing from another piercer got progressively more infected and swollen over a 4 month period, I went to see Jody and Floyd out of desperation to get the piercing taken out. They believed they could save the piercing and changed my jewelry over to bioflex. Fortnightly, I visited them for a check and to resize the bioflex to help with the trauma bumps. 5 short weeks later I have walked out with a healed piercing and am a very happy girl. They are simply lovely people, genuinely care about their customers and the well being of them, and the approach they took with a piecing that hurt so much I couldn’t even sleep on it to get it to where it is today speaks volumes about their experience. So grateful for them.

Posting this in regards to the employee JADA, me and my mom went in yesterday and were SO thankful about how lovely, personable and helpful she was!She made this whole experience of deciding jewlery, figuring out pricing, helping us make decisions soooooo seamless!Can't sing her praises more!
