I cannot thanks enough to the whole team for looking after our property. From the first moment when they take times to talk to us even months before we decided to rent out our house to the time they do our house routine inspection, they always been detailed, professional as if you are the only client they have. You would be amazed they actually have a house entry report of over 100 pages with comments that you know they are not computer generated. I have friends who have other agents managing their houses but they are not as nice as this agent. Big thanks to Shelley and Lenka. Shelley and Ally were both very warm and welcoming to communicate with. After weeks of searching for a rental and numerous inspections it was a nice change to have agents who greet prospective tenants with a smile and were interested to have a chat to get to know people more than just another number walking through the door. I had applied for multiple rental properties and had the opportunity to attend a rental viewing held by Shelley.Shelley called me a few days later to ask me a few questions about my application as I had accidentally put in the wrong previous address which was probably making my application less appealing.
