I have been a patient of Good Health Greenhills for the past 8 years, seeing most of the GP’s during this time. For a large busy practice I have found that all of my interactions have been positive and professional with all of my medical needs consistently being met. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this practice many times over the past 2.5 years and have seen many of the GPs here and have only ever had negative experiences (especially with Dr Gupta and Dr Ousby). Not a single one of my concerns was taken seriously, and the unprofessional manner each GP held themself in I found was very ordinary (such as taking a phone call for a different patient in the middle of a convo - I now know the age, name and concerns of a different patient). They clearly do not have a priority for quality patient care. I would not recommend.

Dr Iain Stewart is the worst experience I've ever had with a GP.When I attended the consultation he did not address a single concern. Instead, he chose to give a bizarre lecture about the consequences of poor social skills. Talked over me the whole time, was rude, arrogant, condescending, and then charged for a long consultation which I never agreed to.I've since found a GP at a different practice who was actually helpful. Can't recommend this place so long as Dr Stewart is around.

I found Dr Alicia Reyes to be extremely warm, gentle and empathetic. Which in my experience is hard to find in GP's. I am extremely grateful for her fantastic service. I have never had a regular GP as I have never been comfortable with many previously but I did not have this issue with Dr Reyes.

Good Health Greenhills Medical Centre.
I have been attending this surgery for myself for several years and for both of my young children through pregnancy and since their births. Unfortunately my regular GP at the practise has since retired, however I have found the other doctors to be equally helpful and thorough. Great friendly staff, despite it always being busy and phone always ringing they are always kind and caring on check in and out. Couldn’t recommend the surgery enough!
