We did not see that tools and water bath were disinfected. We observed 3 different parties serviced with the same set of tools that were not disinfected.Lovely technicians who worked us in.

Such a nice job with acrylic nails and the shape I requested.I was a pain and wasn’t happy with the length of the nails so the lady took them off and redone it without any issues and without any extra charge.The guy there is also amazing they speak nice English aswell. Well put together salon.It is my new fav nail salon as I’ve just moved here from Melbourne.I did pay $65 for my manicure acrylics which is the most I’ve ever spent however it is a small town and they do do an amazing job!Very friendly nice staff also. Definitely recommend

Emerald nail salon is wonderful. Creative colours and attention to detail is fabulous. Recommend to anyone who wants to go to a nail salon that has friendly nail artists who are also great at their work. Love my nails everytime.

Joy is very nice and smiling, and her work is great. She takes time for each customer to know exactly what you want and you like. I see her every 3 weeks to redo my nails and I have never been disappointed by the results ! After trying 2 other salons in Emerald and being disappointed by their work I can only advise you to chose this one !

Joy is so friendly and provides such a wonderful atmosphere I love how quiet and personal it really provides a quiet and relaxing experience. Joy is very creative and will design nails totally unique to you . Overall a wonderful experience here
