I’ve called 3 phone numbers, emailed and instagrammed.I’ve then DRIVEN 40 minutes to a warehouse that isn’t even open at its opening times and doesn’t even seem to be a store.

Our school spent a serious amount of money on book spinners from this company. When I emailed them about faults and breakages with the products and asked for assistance, I had to email three times before I even got a reply. When I finally did get a reply, it was to discover they could offer no assistance - no spare parts to replace what had broken and their warranty lasts only for 12 months. Disappointing to say the least as the spinners cost just under $500 each. Our school will be seeking an alternate supplier in future.

Have purchased several items to assist with remote learning. My son lost the plug to his wiggle cushion and the service team were incredibly helpful in finding us a replacement and posting it free of charge. Great customer service.
