What the reviewers said are true the guy is rude. Told us to hurry up when we clearly left at 16:25. Why don't u close at 16:15 if you don't want to be there at 16:20? Get someone else who appreciate their job to man the place if not just leave it unmanned.

Absolutely appalled. Shaved head fella wouldn't let us drop off green waste.I am a rate payer. Why do I pay my rates to be treated poorly and rudely and turned away.

Poor efforts involving time management. Everything says 4:30 pm but gates closed and locked at 4:20. Maybe change the sign and the website to reflect that closure is at that time. If I could give zero stars I would!

Absolutely disgraceful service. First time using this place. Without any pre questioning as to what we had on, which was cut down shrubs and remains from stump grinding which was raked up. After almost unloading 2m3 told to pick it up and banned for life. Cause of a few pebbles. Manners goes along way. Sevice and assitance is even better. Get a grip staff. Very disappointed. Lucky we are banned for life. Definetly no need to return here.

The green waste tip is great. Easy Access and well set up. 5 stars for the tip. No stars for the guy working this morning at 11.30am, he is rude, arrogant & on a power trip. My partner came up from Tweed Heads and, I hired a qld trailer to take my green waste to the tip. The guy working told us we couldn’t go in straight up no questions, so I showed him my drivers license to prove I was from upper coomera. He eventually let us in after acting like a territorial gorilla for about 5 mins. We could tell driving up he was gonna be trouble just by his wanna be police officer strut. When my partner laughed he said “and why are you laughing” Who does he think he is. Unskilled labour wearing a uniform. An absolute disgrace. My suggestion take him out of the uniform and put him in high vis.

Personally I rate this 5 stars. It was clean, tidy, easy process. No issues with staff on duty. I second MJG some of these reviews are harsh Eg. Someone giving one star because they were still onsite after closing time and were asked to hurry or another person being banned because they dropped pebbles at a green station. People need to be more realistic with their reviews. Thanks for providing this service.

Arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday with an old rusted out fire pit, (half 44 gallon drum). After driving 20km to get there, I was turned away by a security guard after being told that the bin is almost full and they are only taking small size rubbish because it's a Sunday. What a joke, no wonder people dump in the bush. (The bin wasn't full)
