Strongly recommended! The owner is a highly skilled, experienced gentleman, with a sense of humor and a kind heart. I wrote a long emotional review earlier today as I was so touched by the professionalism and the kindness of him. Then I thought the review might be too long. Long story short, one of the decorative links of my necklace was broken, it's impossible for me to put the link back(no gap in the loops of the link), so I took it to Hildan Jewellers to repair as per the recommendation from a chain jewellery store. The owner of Hildan Jewellers fixed it in a couple of minutes, and did not charge me at all. It's rare nowadays to see such workmanship & kindness. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hidden gem in Westfield shopping centre. I ordered a halo cushion ring. The color, clarity and cut were superb. My fiance absolutely loves it. Value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend!

we had a bad experience with this place, The owner was very rude and pushy towards us. We looked at some rings and he convinced us to purchase on that day, we felt that the diamond did not suit the size of my partner’s fingers but he insisted the size was alright and that all was good and he could get the ring done in one hour. When we asked for something smaller, he questioned our choice saying 1 carat and 0.8 does not make much of a difference and he was definitely not respectful of our choices. However being the businessman he had a way with words and he assured us if we were not happy with it we are welcome to return it anytime. We got the ring on that same day. On second thoughts it just didn’t feel like it was the one for us So eventually we went back to the shop and told him the situation and he said it will take 2 weeks to resize and there was an extra cost on top of it. We were actually looking to get a smaller ring and this place just ruin the whole experience out there. The owner even questioned me about my partner and I felt it was rude of him to ask some personal stuff. For couples looking to get an engagement ring, please look somewhere else. My partner and I will not be recommending this store to our friends. Not worth the experience and we felt it was a rip off. Very unprofessional and unpleasant!

Excellent customer experience and service. Gold jewellery is better than prouds ect. You get heavier jewellery than at prouds ect. Reasonably priced. I travel from Warburton to Doncaster just to get my jewellery. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Popped in to get a bracelet resized and couldn’t be happier!! Friendly and super fast took about 5 minutes. Best of all it was very well priced. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience at Hildan. Super friendly, knowledgeable and great value. I have gotten a ring resized, two rings cleaned and everytime they did a perfect job, ready within a hour and cheap. They even replaced a stone in my ring for free! Incredible service and will only ever use them to maintain my jewellery
