F45 Training Morisset
I was nervous to train again post pregnancy but the team at F45 are so encouraging and supportive that it’s made it easy. The crew that train there are easy and there is no judgement. Would recommend to anyone.

Joining F45 Morriset has been the best decision I have made. Im not one who goes to the gym on my own, but starting here I feel comfortable going on my own. Everyone is so nice and it's like a family. Since joining I have lost 6kg and I haven't been happier and the workouts are amazing. I highly recommend F45 to anyone.

Absolutely love F45 Morisset! I was pretty new to fitness when I joined and the coaches have been great about guiding me and making it fun. The whole team is wonderful. A few weeks in and I’m feeling the difference and always excited to go! Such a great option for people with varied fitness levels, always have the option to go lighter/heavier on the weights or modify the exercise. Really friendly environment, definitely recommend.

F45 is great! I appreciate rocking up to any class knowing that a workout has been planned an organised so all I have to do is work out. Trainers are awesome and welcoming too!

A great workout with lots of variety in a very welcoming and friendly gym. The staff are fantastic and make sure you get the most you can out of every class. All the members are really friendly, so it's a really positive experience overall

The Team at F45 Morisset are amazing! Whilst creating interesting and fun workouts for all fitness levels they also do an awesome job putting in the time and energy to help all their clients throughout each session. Would 100% recommend getting amongst it with F45 Morisset to continue your fitness journey!
