Aurrum Aged Care - Brunswick

Aurrum Brunswick has exceeded our expectations and has enabled our family to finally rest easy knowing our loved one is being cared for 24 hours and day, 7 days a week.Not only is the residence clean and spacious, it is also extremely safe and secure.We have been through and still going through COVID and Sonia, Manager has ensure all the residents are cared for 110% as if they were her own family.This facility is only as good as it is with such an amazing manager - Sonia Care. Sonia knows ALL the residents and greets them by their first name.Aurrum remember you are only as good as your Management and staff!!!

It's difficult seeing a parent in a nursing home, not an easy transition. But the staff at Aurrum Brunswick have been amazing. They care, understand and genuinely take an interest, it starts at management all the way to the laundry, cleaning & kitchen staff. The Carers are so good even though they are run off their feet most of the time, imagine how good it would be if there were more of them :). It's been a tough year with Covid and the lockdowns/lockins, but it's been handled with the greatest of care and I am very lucky that the carers care for my mum as I have no opportunity to do what they do for her, I put a lot of trust in them and I am grateful. Thank you Sonia and all your staff for doing for my mum, what I can't do for her.

I would like to thank and highly recommend Sonia Care (general manager, Aurrum Brunswick) for her support and cooperation in getting my mother transferred from another aged Care facility to Aurrrum Brunswick. I am truly grateful to have met such an extraordinary person. She made this difficult and emotional situation so easy for me. Sonia went above and beyond her duties. she is and absolute legend. Her empathy, experience, and undeniable caring manner are exemplary and I cannot recommend her high enough. There should be more people like her in this world. I was in despair but Sonia with her professionalism, guidance and understanding has touched and inspired me and has given me hope that my mother will be cared for, well supported and her needs met within your facility.

It’s a beautiful place staff is amazing. Various activities are conducted every day . Every one enjoys the activity. Food is amazing!! The manager ,Birsen has been amazing she provides residents and staff full care and support . Keep up the good work

I can’t express my gratitude to Kylie Buono.From her first call to the tour she was so professional and honest.She explained the process and answered all the questions I asked. Her professionalism wow, she is a joy to deal with. She is an asset to the company. I did not look any further and I knew this was the place for my loved one. The building, the rooms are beautiful.I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice facility with very bad management. High care ratio. High staff turnover rate. Management doesn’t care. Not recommended to work there.
