Nicola have been providing OT assistance to my daughter for last 12 months now and we are very thankful to Nicola for her dedication, effort and consistent approach on my daughter therapy which has given a positive outcome and we can see the progress our self, also this have increased our confident level with the way Nicola undertake the sessions and also Nicola provide us a valuable recommendation on the improvement strategy to use at home for my daughter to improve her speech ability.In past we have been through two to three different Occupational therapist, we believe Nicola friendly nature , the therapy approach/methods have shown a major improvement with my daughter speech. Initially my daughter was not talking may words but now she says many words which used on day to day needs. Mainly one of the advice on the Visual card approach by Nicola have shown great improvement in my daughter development. I would highly recommend Nicola Latsinos for Occupational Therapy for kids and others.

I have a great occupational therapist Tiffany Lam and physiotherapist Susan.Which look after my needs. Tiffany study my disability and recommend assertive technology to help me regain my independence and Susan work with me to assist me to plan what kind of exercise to strengthen my arm and leg.Thank you both of you who are caring and helpful.RegardPeter Lim

Nicola Latsinos (OT) shows dedication and commitment to bring out the best in participants. She provides a holistic, consultative and inclusive approach. Her attention to detail to support the participants and their families to feel heard, understood, empowered and appreciated is outstanding. The way she provides practical and functional support to build capacity and independence within the resources available is encouraging and inspiring. Michelle Blevin is a great Key worker. She is very professional and conducts herself in an awesome way. Unfortunately due to our personal circumstances we could not continue with Michelle but I would recommend her any day. Best of Luck Michelle !!!

Andrew has been with Everyday Independence for sometime.Andrew had a stroke at birth and has been paralysed down his left since.Susan has worked at keeping him physically active and helping with exercises to give him more mobility on his left side.Ordering a hand splint to have his left hand opened during bedtime which is giving him more control of holding his diamond art projects.Would highly recommend Susan Cu as a physiotherapist.Debbie Moore .

Tiffany and the team at Everyday Independence have been so helpful and professional in the services they provide for my Sister. They have always been polite, respectful and considerate of my Sister's needs and restrictions but also her strengths and abilities. Tiffany's Occupational Therapy assessment and validation services are thorough and her report writing is detailed and comprehensive, making the process of identifying and demonstrating how real-life circumstances and characteristics relate to NDIS assessment criteria, so much easier and effective. I highly recommend their services to you.

My daughter has been seeing Nicola for a few months now and I am honestly so very pleased with her. She is so passionate about what she does and truly goes above and beyond for my daughter and works from her heart. My daughter is non verbal so it does make things a bit more difficult but Nicola has honestly been amazing in helping her. We are so blessed to have the best OT.

We moved to Liverpool due to Everyday Independence but we are really disappointed. Their services are too costly and we are not happy with their Keyworker model.1) We just paid $810.88 for two 1 hour sessions and are being told it was 3 hours and plus some reports, not happy with it.2) Keyworker wasn't speechy/OT, which we were originally offered.Hence, we have decided to leave Everyday Independence.

I found it very easy and efficient to deal with Everyday Independence. Staff are very friendly and proactive, and concerned with client's needs.
