I had a 5 star experience shopping here!I went to CHAIRCO to buy a chair that was ergonomic. And I was greeted with great enthusiasm and attention. Everything about my sitting habits to my office practices was addressed, and I was looked after very well and with expert advice. The staff are very friendly and the chairs are good. There is also a wide variety of products for different styles and purposes of sitting. I walked out with a brilliant office chair (very comfortable) and an extendable laptop arm, good products. Overall the service and products are outstanding. This is why small local shops are better than large furniture stores!I recommend shopping here, especially for the expert advice and thoughtful attention paid to my needs.

Bought my new Delta Plus Comfort Duo large seat a week ago, vast improvement on my old chair. Paid the extra for the higher grade chair and could not be happier. Nice and comfortable, great service from Robert and Kylie. Pricing was a factor and yes I could have gone to one of the big office" type shops. However when it comes to a work chairs I am spending ten hours plus a day on working from home. I want good advice

I received exceptional service from the good people at Chairco. I bought a chair from them many years ago for my home office. Recently, one of the wheels broke. I considered it to be a long shot for that wheel to be fixed, as I felt the chair is probably not even being made anymore.A quick call to Chairco and they had me sorted out with a new wheel in less than 5 minutes. Very helpful, friendly and effective in fixing my problem.

The accessory I bought for my desk means I have my paperwork sitting just below my computer monitor so no more looking down at the desk it is just a quick glance.

A lot of different ergonomic chairs to choose from, from all price ranges! Just spent a good 1.5 hrs here and got full and undivided attention from staff who's really chill, friendly, helpful and professional. They really live to find you the right fit and know their stuff when it comes to ergonomics. Even have some chairs custom-built for their shop. I'd definitely give this place a try if you're having problems with your back and in the market for a new chair or a sit-stand desk.

I popped in to buy an office chair. They had exactly what I wanted, and the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful with the product and advice. They even chased up afterwards a product to help me stop my cats from destroying the chair! Very helpful.
