Have been doing my annual car safety check with this service centre in past 5 years, every time I received excellent advice on my car maintenance, fast and prompt assessment. Each time I did my safety check right after dealer service, and never been asked to fix things that I didn't require. Honest and trustworthy service.

Took the car for servicing but had to bring it back twice because there were some issues. Reception was trying to avoid the problem as usual but fhe boss happily fixed the problem free of charge. Was a hassle on my part to take time out, but glad It’s fixed with out drama. My advice is to speak to the boss if there are any issues.

Worst service ever! Staff serves customers with no manner and the price is unacceptable. Been there for few times yet no improvement on their service. Won’t pay for their poor attitude anymore. Sorry about that.

Paid for a service and not even 2 weeks later my front left brake pad is non existent (Metal on Metal) and my front right light does not work at all.Avoid this place like the plague.Greedy for quick $$$

Having been using Auspeed for pink slip and general service for both cars in the last few years. Always very fast and friendly. Some times I got minor issues and went to their store, they even offered me free checks. I noticed there were some below-average comments to this business, but my true experience convinced me to stay with them.

Used Auspeed Auto for the first time on the 13th July for my van service and they were very good. They said they would have it ready by 1.30pm and they were spot on.The service price was quite good, I was expecting it to be around 300$. But it was well under that price.Will be using them from now on

Went there to fix the noise while releasing the brake. I explained it to 4 different staff members. They asked me to change the brake pads. After changing it, on top of the existing noise there is a noise from brake itself. Went back again but they just applied the grease on the side of the brake pad but still not resolved. Now I am enjoying the continuous music from the brake pads. Excellent service. :D :D

Just been to there today with my BMW, the boss inspect my car himself. Even tho they are very busy but they still inspect my car very details. When I was waiting there I see their staffs talk to each other very loudly but not realise when they speak to you they actually very polite and nice to their customers .
