Ruby Tuesday Jewellery

Couldn't be happier with the Ruby Tuesday team. I came in with a handful of strangely shaped stones I'd found fossicking, they asked some questions to get an idea of my taste and then presented several stunning unique concepts to fit the style I was after and the unusual shape of my rocks. I was a bit hesitant coming in with such a loose idea but I couldn't be happier with the result.

During lockdown they worked with me to custom design and manufacture my engagement rings. The attention to detail and help with design ideas was fantastic. They even managed to get the sizing spot on with some simple instructions to me about how measure it up.

What an amazing team!! We re-designed my late mothers ring into my engagement ring and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! The ring is beautiful just as what was drawn up and beautifully made! Thank you so much!!!

Very helpful and professional. I purchased a locket and had it engraved with an intricate design. It’s was done beautifully and they worked to a tight schedule to help me get it in time. I’ve also had jewellery fixed and altered to a high standard.

Had my wife's eternity ring custom designed and made by the staff here. Helpful from beginning to end with everything from size to how the stones were to be set, and the final product was better than imagined! Plus they were able to repair her engagement ring, and polished them all up, so they look like new. All at a very reasonable price, too! Would most definitely recommend that you check them out!

This shop looks all nice and artisan but is fully commercial, money making focused. African opal beads for twice the price elsewhere and salesly arguments - 'the other beads (which nearly didn't have any colour) will have more of a green gloss once they are on green silk.' The communication betwèen the sales person and the technician is poor: My purposely unpolished engagement ring to reflect purity and life, came back shiny polished and my neckless was fixed with a much smaller closing then I was shown, which for 6 ft 2 guy is not very handy. When I tabled the issues it was simple downplayed ignored (my ring was given a brush with iron wool, which obviously is not the same as 20 years of wear). Disappointed.

I always come back to Ruby Tuesday, just the best Terry, Andy and team. Another repoint of my now three times rebuilt engagement/wedding ring now 53 years young, so pleased with it! Would love you to rebuild it for our 50th wedding anniversary next year using my diamonds! Great job Andy, I will take better care of it till then. Kindest regards, Lea Gill
